“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that frightens us. We ask ourselves ‘who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?’

Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn’t serve the world. There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It’s not just in some of us; its in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same….

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

-Marianne Williamson

This quote, or poem, how ever you may want to look at it, has been core to my life and a calling to my soul ever since I first heard it in 1996.   And there is one line that speaks louder than any other “Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”  This one line speaks volumes, to myself and I believe to each of us if we really let it soak in.   “It is our light not our darkness that frightens us”  It is with this thought in mind the purpose and the passion that I take with me each and every project, and to every person I work with, for I am a stand that each and everyone of us find that which lies within us that is more powerful beyond measure.  That includes me and that includes YOU.

It’s not just in some of us; its in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same….

It is your day to SHINE.

My Goal and my Passion is to provide you with the support you need when you are producing your event / workshop / seminar – whether it be live or virtual – so that the details are handled, and you can focus on delivering the best program you can for your people. Best of all you can have fun while making money.

You put a lot of heart and soul into your work, your products, and your events. You need someone who gets that, honors you and sees you through it all. I will help you pull out any hidden gems, or fill in any gaps so you can serve your people powerfully from your heart.

That's where I come in – to serve as your support system. You don't have to do it all by yourself.

How, you might ask?

I start, as Steven Covey would say, with the end in mind.  What are your intentions, your goals for the training, workshop or event?  Is it structured for a positive ROI? Who is your Ideal Target Market?  Is your Message clear?

What qualifies me as your Event Angel?  or your Queen of Tech? or even the Funnel Queen?   Well, as most of you I've had a vast and varied career, from  Restaurants to Painting to Ex Admin, to Engineer, to Online Business Manager to Event Angel and Queen of Tech.  For each new project I bring all that with me.  I see the forest AND the trees.

Really, there isn't much I can't do or find a solution for.

I build Websites, I put the systems together, I make the funnels work – the more complex the better.

As far as events go, I've been in training and planning events most of my life.  I've been the Restaurant & Banquet manager. I've spent 15+ Years as a Sr. Staff Manufacturing Engineer – juggling 100's of mini projects, people, and teams so we could complete the big projects on time. In addition for the past 18yrs, I've been pursuing my own personal development, through LandMark Education and their assisting programs, including many of their senior level programs.  I've spent a year in a course just to learn about Team Management and Leadership and attended many other leadership and communications trainings.  I am also a Certified Train the Trainer, and a graduate of Guerrilla Business School through the Peak Potentials Training Programs.

If you are planning an event, or are looking for a business coach who will get in the mud with you to sort it out, then schedule a strategy session with me to see if we are a fit.
